Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

RETURNS – Mr. Kilts

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns, including custom-sized or customized products. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time for your refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email [email protected], and we will provide return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
  • For returns over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
